Yoga is the poetry of movement.
I believe that yoga is a pathway to the soul. It allows you to release from the binds of your thoughts, and leads you to the truth of mindfulness. You notice what is really happening within your body and within your heart. It teaches you to see the truth in every situation, and respond with intention rather than reaction.
As your body flows through the movements of asana (stable poses), your heart and mind connect. Yoga will leave you feeling centred, balanced and calm, stretched, strong and conditioned, in every area of your life.
You will learn how to get the best results for you, move in ways that support your health, and create foundations for a lifestyle that nourishes you, supports you, and reveals your authentic self. Yoga will support your quest for better health, flexibility, stress management and reconnection.
My classes include pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and the physical flow of yoga to leave you feeling totally zen.

My yoga journey started in 2000 when I was just 20 years old, practising in Auckland, New Zealand. I remember back then thinking about becoming a teacher, but for a girl with not a lot of self-confidence at the time it seemed like a crazy idea. In 2002 I moved to Ireland for my first overseas adventure, and despite the best intentions, it seemed that with the new love of travelling also came a love of partying, and soon my love for yoga feel to the wayside.
I continued to dabble in yoga here and there over the years, and I often spoke about how much I loved it but I could never seem to get a dedicated practice back into my life. It wasn’t until I experienced a life overhaul in 2012 that I heard the whisperings of a voice in my mind telling me it was time to come back to yoga. I listened, and finally the dedication I had been missing returned with a vengeance.
Over the next two years, my practice helped to transform me from a drinking, smoking party girl with no self confidence or direction, into the person that I had the potential to be. It gave me the confidence to be me, no masks, no comparisons. Through yoga I learned who I am and how to love the person I found.
I undertook my 200hr yoga teacher training in November 2014 in the hatha vinyasa style through Sadhana Yoga School in Bali. Then in March 2016 I travelled to India and took my training further, completing my 300hr teacher training through the Assn of Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh and studying multiple styles including hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga and iyengar.
Yoga is a way of life, and it has changed mine in such a big way.
Because yoga connects you – mind, body and spirit. It allows you to see inside to who you really are through this union of breath, movement and inner stillness.
I believe that Western society has a fascination with the external. It’s all about material goods, keeping up appearances and instant gratification. But this is all a big distraction. Happiness does not come from owning things, or being a certain size, or having lots of money. These things are temporary and they can – and do – change. They keep you focused on life outside of yourself, and distract you from finding out who your truly are on the inside.
True success, in my opinion, is finding happiness and peace in yourself. By focusing your awareness directly back at yourself, you’re able to discover your truth – and yoga is the pathway that allows you to do this.
Teaching this to others is a dream come true. So why not contact me now and get your yoga journey started!
I’ve been able to push myself further into poses that I thought weren’t possible with the help of Bianca knowing how far my body is able to go and I have to say I have always left each session feeling uplifted, stretched and able to happily go on with my day!
I would definitely recommend Bianca’s session to anyone, whether it be a beginner or advanced.” ~ Catherine Rossiter, WA.
Each week I have made progress and have become more able to move into advanced positions which has been fantastic. I would highly recommend Bianca to anyone wanting to either start yoga or continue on their yoga journey.” ~ Wioletta Wieczorkiewicz, WA.
Bianca welcomes new ideas and suggestions and responds to community needs. I highly value Bianca’s integrity and dedication and desire to make the world a better place.” ~ Lee Crosbie, WA.
“I have been doing yoga with Bianca for the past 6 months. I went through a hard time at the start of the year and needed a way to clear my mind and get in touch with myself. That’s where Bianca comes in. I started her classes in Karratha and have never looked back! I started with no balance or range of motion and now I’m doing things I could never imagine – all thanks to Bianca. Forever grateful!” ~ Kayne Buik, WA.
“I started private yoga lessons with Bianca because I really wanted to try yoga but was completely intimidated to participate in one of her classes. Little did I know at the time but this would turn out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. It didn’t take long at all before I felt confident enough to join her classes as well. I feel like I could never give Bianca enough for what she has given me, I feel so blessed to have met such a kind and genuinely caring soul.” ~ Peta Adie, WA.
“Bianca is a wonderful teacher who explained everything in detail. I felt free to ask a question if I needed too or only do a pose to my body’s restrictions – there was no pressure to push our bodies to the limit to achieve a certain pose. Bianca explained the reason behind certain poses which makes me feel comfortable now to attend the normal classes, and I know I can go at my own ability.
I LOVED the course, it benefitted me in many ways, helps me exercise, relax, listen to my body and learn to love myself more. I looked forward to Mondays to attend the beginner classes.” ~ Beginner Immersion student, WA.
